About the author
Scott Sonenshein is a professor of management at Rice University and author of The Power of Less. With a doctorate in organizational behavior from the University of Michigan and a postgraduate degree in psychology from the University of Cambridge, Scott has had his research published in the main academic journals. He also worked as a strategy consultant for companies such as Microsoft and AT&T and wrote for The New York Times and Time, Fast Company and Harvard Business Review magazines.
