About the author

Born in Ponte Nova from Minas Gerais, Leo Chaves is a composer, singer, arranger and producer, being recognized as one of the main national artists for more than a decade, when, alongside his brother Victor, his voice won fans across the country. In addition to being a musician, he is also an agribusiness entrepreneur, raising Senepol cattle on the Paraíso farm. He is the Founding and Executive President of the Hortense Institute, which aims to develop socio-emotional skills in children and adolescents from public institutions and NGOs. Currently, the work impacts more than 35 thousand people. He has been a writer and speaker for three years, presenting more than 50 talks in the last twelve months. He is also an Ambassador for the Jovem Aprendiz program, being a spokesperson for young people between 14 and 24 years old who have the right to be hired by medium and large companies. Leo Chaves is certified in neurolinguistic programming by the Brazilian Society of Neurolinguistics and, in recent years, he has delved into studies of emotional intelligence, emotion management, philosophy, family and school education, coaching and pedagogy. His first book, In the lap of angels, was a bestseller.
