Description

In Iron Routine, launched by Editora Planeta exclusively in digital format, whose copyrights will revert to Abrale, Brazilian Association of Lymphoma and Leukemia, executive David Grinberg addresses his conviction that we can all overcome the challenges placed in front of us. Whether they are physical, psychological or health-related, we have the ability to channel the necessary efforts to get there. This process is not easy. It takes a lot of patience, resilience and, above all, the desire to make your dreams come true. After all, nothing is impossible when we are committed to achieving our goals. In the work, David narrates that he never thought he could face a disease as aggressive as cancer. It's hard to sink in for someone who has always been so healthy, active and disciplined and whose hobby was competing in Ironman races, the most feared and longest form of triathlon. He understood that he shouldn't waste time looking for explanations about why he had been affected and that the best thing to do was to channel all his efforts into overcoming it, creating a parallel between the learning acquired in practicing high-endurance sports with the reality of having to overcome what would be your biggest challenge in life.

A story of inspiration and motivation for all those who are going through difficult times and who need help to try to overcome them. In the book, David says that nothing is impossible. Just get your head straight, surround yourself with those who really want the best for you and look ahead.
